RF Inductor Ferrite

RF Inductor Ferrite

Winding Inductors – Ceramic High Frequency Wound Inductors – HFI Series and Ferrite Wound Inductors – SCI
The series process uses H-type or U-type ceramics and ferrite cores, which are made by processes such as winding, spot welding, coating, epoxy resin encapsulation, testing, and packaging.

Since the terminal electrodes are prefabricated on the core, the manufacturing process is simpler and can be further minimalized. HFI and SCI series provide high current and signal usage.

Advantages: High SRF, Small size, High Q, high current for automated assembly, excellent resistance to mechanical vibration, squeeze resistance and the deviation is low.

The main production size: HFI/SCI-0603, HFI/SCI-0805, HF/SCI-1008. Widely used in mobile phones (CDMA/GSM/PHS), wireless phones (DECT/CT1CT2), remote control devices, security systems, wireless automatic control, TCWLL, wireless LAN/mouse/keyboard/headset, VCO, RF module and Wireless products, base stations, GPS receivers, CATV filters, tuners, set-top boxes, USB2.0, IEEE 1394.
